Do you sell projects?
No, and we never will. Matchmaking platforms resell each project to several artisans. On Paperasse there are only your clients — the ones you already signed.
Who handles the MaPrimeRénov' file?
Your client, guided step by step — that's how the scheme works, and what protects it. If the file stalls, it is handed to your mandataire (the one you already work with). Don't have one? We introduce you.
What exactly does my company see?
The client's first name, the procedure, and its status: in progress, submitted, stuck, handled, done. Never the documents, never the income data, never the file's content. That separation is architectural, not a promise.
What does it cost my client?
Nothing. The accompaniment is offered by your company — a selling point on the quote, and you get the credit for it.
Do I need to be RGE certified?
To use Paperasse, no. For your client to receive MaPrimeRénov', the works must be done by an RGE company — same as today, nothing changes.
