Account & data deletion

You can delete your Paperasse account and all of your data at any time, directly in the app or on request.
From the app
Open the Paperasse app, tap the Account icon (top right), then tap “Delete account & data” and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
By request
If you can't access the app, email contact@paperasse.ai from your account's email address with the subject “Account deletion”. We action requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account and identity, all of your dossiers, any documents you uploaded, and any extracted information. Everything is removed permanently and cannot be recovered.
Retention
Data is removed from our active systems immediately on request. Encrypted backups are purged within 30 days at most.
